CPU Adjuster 3.1.124

A new application for voltage control and CPU adjustments is now available. This app offers various features tailored for root and non-root users. Root users can utilize the Profile manager to create and automate CPU and GPU settings, whereas non-root users can access detailed CPU information without adjustment capabilities.

The app enables users to define profiles that encompass CPU governor, maximum and minimum CPU frequency, CPU voltages for all frequencies (if supported by the kernel), I/O Scheduler, GPU frequencies and voltages (if supported by the kernel), and even charger voltages (if supported by the kernel).

Moreover, users can set profiles to activate automatically under specific conditions such as low battery, high temperature, screen on/off, charging status, connection to a PC, or initiation of a voice call. Additionally, users can view detailed CPU information including the time spent in specific states, governor settings, and more.

Some of the permissions required by the app include writing to external storage for profile backups, receiving boot completed signals to initiate services on boot, reading phone state to detect voice calls, internet access for displaying small ads via Google Ads, and billing permission for donation control and purchasing the PRO version from within the app.

In case of any problems or issues with the app, users are encouraged to send logcat logs. The app has been tested on devices such as Samsung Galaxy Note (N7000) running Android 4.1.2, HTC Desire with CM7, and LG Nexus 4 (non-rooted).

The free version includes ads, limits users to three profiles, and lacks the ability to back up settings. Users can opt to purchase the full version within the app to remove ads and unlock all features. For support or troubleshooting, users are urged to contact the developers either via email or by posting comments in the XDA thread.

Furthermore, in-app billing offers users the option to remove ads and create an unlimited number of profiles.
